So you watch your shows over and over again after you binge them? This is where the benefits kick in. The constant watching/rewatching of your shows could help individuals cope with stress and support feeling better.
While stress had mixed effects, having more time to take in your shows and watch them constantly could be a good thing for you. Even if your people give you crap about it. Keep in mind, not all binge watching is equally beneficial, the positive things when binging your shows come when people deeply engage with personally resonant content, rather than passive consumption. So don't deathscroll on tiktok and watch your favorite show....again.
