Now that January is almost over, time to check in on your weight loss goals you set for 2026. Not doing so hot are you? (if you are that's amazing, I'm not lol)

But losing weight is EXPENSIVE. It's always easier to just pop into a fast food drive thru and grab something quick, or stop by your favorite store on the way to work. But that doesn't help you out. So maybe if money is involved you'll try a little harder.

The truth is, money is already involved. You're spending a lot to lose, and you keep hitting that wall. So if I told you the average American spent $12k each year trying to lose weight, maybe you'll realize that it's a lot of cash to waste.

Over the last decade people have tried and failed to reach weight goals six times on average. But there’s still hope for the new year: 77% said being able to fit into their favorite clothes by year’s end is still a big motivator. The survey also found 86% would pursue their goals more intensely for a $5,000 reward.

There are online options where you can wager on how much you'll lose on your new year journey. So put your money where you mouth is and you got this!!
